Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery, during which customers may request a return only if the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase; certain items such as sale products, gift cards, personal care goods (if opened), and customized items are non-returnable. Once a return is approved and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method, excluding shipping charges. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable service as we are not liable for lost returns. In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof, and we will provide a replacement or full refund at our discretion. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement but cannot be cancelled once shipped.
